i also have no military training

albeit did play avalon hill war games at age 10, and earlier, risk, and earlier still, say age 5-6, read "romance of the three kingdoms" en.wikipedia.org and study "spring & autumn warring states" en.wikipedia.org , and other such guidance-oriented must-reads

there is the possibility that america would not go to war over korea, a hard nut, but shall instead tee-up iran

let us watch and see if there is a deep-state faction and a military counter-faction, noting that even if there is, they may have been at one or another time one and the same grouping

n.korea may well be already beyond the threshold of regime-change, and soon immunised by MAD

in the mean time, as long as n.korea does not attack first, it may well be that america can do preciously little except subtracting a great percentage of east asia productive capability and capacity, inadvertently for and on behalf of ... and tee-up a far less palatable situation

am merely keeping in mind about s.korea-n.korea-japan, korea-japan-china, china-japan-usa, china-russia-usa, and eu-usa-_____ ... fractals, all in terms of "romance of the three kingdoms" and seasonalities and game of thrones, etc etc
