Back in the real world corporations are recording massive profits and wages haven't come close to where they were before the Great Recession. It's this imbalance between business and labor that is the source of our current problems. It's why people voted for an insane lunatic. Blame the destruction of unions, the power SCOTUS gave the rich and corporations etc., but don't blame Democrats.
