Maybe I'm out of phase here, but why is this phenomenon so selective? According to the charts I have run, not all stocks in this segment are taking a beating.

I doubt, by the way, if the contribution of Indonesia to Borland's revenue has ever been particularly significant.

When will we see El Nino feature on the list of "reasons"?
