I'll put forward what I think will happen. Any CEO who spent years buying back stocks and has a series of falling top and bottom lines will be fired. As you may know, we've already had a lot of CEOs fired.

"In addition, the average duration of a C.E.O.’s tenure has fallen. In 1984, thirty-five per cent of C.E.O.s had been in the job for ten years or more; in 2000, only fifteen per cent had. By 2009, according to one study, average tenure at the world’s biggest companies had fallen to around six years. "
