The AG needs to look at their Option purchases on the same day they sold the shares.

CNBC fast money at noon on that day indicated that PUTs were purchased which, at that time, were already worth several million dollars more than the purchase price for them.

If the proceeds of the stock sale were indeed used to buy puts, no one is going to believe that either trade was anything but an illegal insider trade. No one is going to sell shares just to make a very short term all or nothing Option position. Unless of course that individual had insider information,.

In what company are Officers not kept fully informed of critical information?
