Trump’s giving a full-blown public slam to North Korea, saying it’s a “depraved” regime and that its pursuit of nuclear weapons threatens the world.

And he starkly says the U.S. is “ready, willing and able” to act against North Korea militarily. In front of world leaders, he said “destroy” North Korea.
