one point as investors banking on better than expected earnings report... Stock also got a pop from news that
Intel and Hitachi will jointly develop a PC Systems that use the latter's AFD technology to allow viewing
TV from computer.

I didn't mean INTC will be open ugly. I meant that the whole market will likely open ugly tomorrow. Warning form ADPT, the japan market is down 1.3%, phillipian 7%, singapore 7%, korea 2%. Under this situation, how do you think INTC will do?

Besides, most of the after hour trade of INTC lay between 73 3/4 and 73 1/2.
