very interesting. looks like Milligan was right to say don't believe everything you hear in the press. I heard a rumor that the Japanese govt is considering bailing out Toshiba. I have to believe that they are in Toshiba's ear telling them who to side with, especially since state backed funds are in WDC consortium. Just get it done already!!

I have always thought that Bain was a sleazy bunch, even for a PE group. They continue to confirm that opinion.
