Since it is not a treaty, Trump should back out of it as a caution to the world that agreements with the United States require treaty ratification. Or they aren't binding. You remember, the "Imperial Presidency" issue. But he has no desire to go to war with Iran and his speech did not hint at such a thing. NK is the immediate problem, and hopefully, Trump will remove Little Kim right away.
