I can't help thinking ........ all it would take ....... is to have a picture of 3 Chinese farmers standing in a row, peeing in that lake for the price to drop from 1/4 to 1/20. :) Given that there are 300 million farmers in China, the number of ways of choosing 3 out 300x10^6 is some horribly large number. So the probability is rather large. And, we are ignoring skinny-dipping and other excitement, including chemical dumps etc. I'm not saying this will happen. Just that the probability is high. And when the probability is high, given sufficient time, it will happen. I am very bad, I know. :)
