Great news Allen!

I also like the following comments from Ron: ''Our fourth quarter business remains robust and, excluding this charge, we expect our revenues and operating profits for the quarter to continue the fine performance that we have experienced over the past 15 quarters.''

Allen, FIBR is just standard hw and sw bundled together and sold
as a EID platform. The hw is a standard ARM cpu with an integrated
network interface. The sw is ISI's pSOS+ with TCP/IP support.
The hw would compete with the referenced Moto chips. I'm not sure
if Intel has a processor with integrated ethernet; if they don't,
they will in the near future, I'm sure. There is nothing tricky
going on from a technology point-of-view. Moto has had a CPU with
integrated ethernet AND serial (up to T1) ports on a single chip
for 3 YEARS (I have an eval board on my work table). They now
have a new model that puts the PowerPC CPU core in place of the
original 68K CPU. The sw is nothing that WIND couldn't have
supplied from their standard products. In short, FBIR is a small
company, selling standard technology, in a market segment dominated
by the Motos and Intels of the world. This product DOES NOT have
any of the functionality present in I2O OR JetSend; FIBR is simply
bundling a RTOS and full TCP/IP networking suite with a chip.

Hope this helps.
