It's an agreement for 195 countries on what to do about climate change. Totally voluntary, not legally binding in any way. A baby step on the road to perdition, in your mind.

The only countries not in it were Nicaragua and Syria. Nicaragua because it wasn't tough enough. Now us! Aren't we EXCEPTIONAL!
