It is not designed to support storage device. It only have 1.5MB/sec bandwidth shared by all devices in the chain except the keyboard and mouse! (slower than IEEE1284 or ECC/EPP) Digital camera, modems, joystick are good citizen of USB but none of devices I listed can be nicely support by USB. Oh BTW, USB itself is a great idea, it is simple, user-friendly... aC
