Re: UAN

UAN is a deep value play. We finally saw some movement in the urea prices higher +15%. These prices have been in a multi year downward spiral and this is the first several week uptrend. BK is at $5.38/share so the assets have significant value to the current price. The positive is they still made money last quarter when output prices were lower (not much but covered CapX for 2017).

If output prices continue to move higher over next few years, we may/could seen UAN increase distributions (there's is a variable distribution) and maybe we start to get the quarterly income like in the past years.

I have been buying shares at/near the lows and then selling some high priced shares after 31 days. I basically want to maintain my current share-count but reduce my average cost per share. Then will hold as distributions increase, collecting the quarterly income.
