If Firamada has approx. 30 million shares outstanding, and we figure that, based on the eps of .20 per share x a multiplier of 18, that the shares are worth $3.60, would Firamada be (at least in our eyes) a $100 million dollar (30 million x $3.60) company, without the aquisition? Or am I missing something?

If, with the aquisition, Firamada is going to be a $70 million dollar company by the end of the year, and supposing that Firamada had to print a few shares for Myriad (say 10 million) wouldn't that mean the shares would be worth just $70 million/40 million, or $1.75 a share by the end of the year? Not that I'd complain at that...!
