bruiser, Thank you for the YouTube. An equally untold story is the impact of the ethnic Chinese Vietnamese refugees who settled in the South after being rejected by the North Vietnamese. One of my personal heroes is a young couple who came here in the late 70's with only the clothes on their back. He salvaged an abandoned telephone booth, installed a deep fryer, and started selling fresh eggrolls at the local farmer's market. He hawked his eggrolls for many years as he and his wife had three daughters. The eldest daughter became a medical doctor, the second a Phd. chemist, and the third a pharmacist. After educating his daughters, he established a small Chinese restaurant on the edge of the farmer's market. He is a real inspiration and a great American success story!!
