That's a lot of blather. The idea that China took USA jobs is stupid. What happened was people in China were willing to work for a lot less money than Americans so Americans bought things from them instead of from Made in ISA. Pretty simple really. Most people understand the idea of shopping around for a better price. That's not a trade war. If USA politicians decide to charge taxes to import things that's not a trade war either. It's just a different way of robbing their citizens. In the case of North Korea there is a war on with Kim the Fatter aka Rocketman wanting to be able to atomic bomb USA and USA going to stop him. So Americans and others are not allowed to buy or sell to him. But Russia is doing so as it keeps the USA busy far from Moscow albeit just over the north pole instead of paying too much attention to charging into Crimea to reenact the Charge of the Light Brigade, the 1812 Overture and Barbarossa. Some people are slow learners. No doubt Steve Bannon is trying to enlist China in demoting Kim the Fatter. China is happy to have USA paying attention to Kim the Fatter instead of Spratly Islands, South China Sea, Taiwan, Africa, Silk Road, Tibet, Japan's islands etc One could even imagine China or Russia helping Rocketman with how to do it.
