Here is a link to frequently asked questions about Actel SPGAs; this should answer some of your questions. Note there is a reference there to the cross-licensing agreement with Xilinx and the use SRAM architecture being used in their current line of SPGA devices.

Larry & Wm. -Sector slowdwn?

An investor friend just called...said a couple of analysts are now saying semi-sector slowdwn. from 15%-17% to 5%-6% grwth. this yr. Affect your thinking? [Analysts are not MY "psychic partners" by a long stretch - but I do consider all info & decide to whether to factor, forget or apply... ] What about INTC? Great news!
