Carolyn - could well be. Hard to imagine any stockholder not knowing that kind of info before. Well maybe it isn't. Thanks for the response.

Investors aren't that flakey, I don't think, to base their buy or sell decisions on a company press release's fine print. Not the kind that matter, at least. The stock does have me a little perplexed at times, I have to admit - twice now declining on good news. I tend to view most of this, however, as a combination of a sign of the times (post xmas, and start of new year) and the "static" referred to by Gary a while back, and I continue to be extremely optimistic about this stock over the next year as I believe that its value and price must eventually come to some sort of agreement. That doesn't keep me from grumbling on days like this, however. I'm as impatient as the next guy.
