Things are looking very optimistic; however, there is not much that can be done about the overall market. Let's face it, in the short term things are looking bleak. Until we see a significant downward revision in the TSE and DOW, I will be accumulating cash. Lots of my holdings look a little too cheap, but I can't help but feel that they will get cheaper still. Thoughts?
