Bugsy, welcome to the thread. You may find few answers to your questions. I suspect that you are as well informed as anyone, since you have recently spoken to Jeff Feld. I have been into this one for only a couple of weeks and am totally in the dark. Al Baldy who posts here has been filling us in on some good stuff, and has visited the Amherstburg facility (read his posts). I have searched the net thoroughly and found almost nothing about this company except the last news release, (thats probally why the stock is so cheap). This situation of no information must change because the NASDAQ is going to delist any company that doesn't report earnings. No date was given for this to happen, and they said that the companies would be given time to comply. I heard that IECS has started to send in the required information, so if they are on the up & up, this will be no problem. I was thrilled to hear about possible earnings of $.14 a share, it prompted me to buy more stock. If we get half of these earnings, the share price should go over a buck. Bill H.
