This is a great example of how wrong Reagan was. He thought balancing the budget would kill inflation. Needless to say, a recession did that.

IMO, Reagan was one of our dumbest presidents but when we compare him to Bush and Trump it's amazing that one party can find these many worthless people. Were they ever right?

Btw, after Reagan admitted he lied about balancing the budget he started lying about it again and again and again.
