On MDGL... Personal tip to all: Never play poker with Paul Friedman when it comes to selling a biopharma company. It happened with DuPont-Merck. It happened with INCY. Will Becky Taub and Paul Friedman pull it off? Note to self: Never play poker with Paul Friedman. Charming man, when he wants to be. Tough son of a b when it comes to calling shots. My kinda guy. One of the few that can stand up to anybody; depth of knowledge and extent of experience is daunting. Second note to self: Never sell a 'things appear to be lining up' biotech too soon. Holding all my chips, but anxiously awaiting data. I sure hope I can maintain my conviction.
