Looks like the globex boys don't like tonight's latest round of hair cuts. -10.99 so far for the Philippines - this has to be some sort of a record drop for the couple of hours that they have been open.

Wow, Bill W. was unusually bleak on CNBC tonite. Even hinted at revolution in Indonesia.

Last Sat, Jimmy Rogers suggested we should all buy North Korean Stamps and coins as an investment since North Korean was going to , in his words, "disappear". (hey Jimmy, I'll sell you a pound of Ancient Chinese Coins Jimmy. It has been gone quite a while now.)

Man, the way the DOW has held up we would get the mother of all rallys if this Asia stuff would ever blow over.

Then again.....

B.

Spoke too soon -looks like a big blob of money just hit the S&P futures. This always seems too happen during thinly traded hours when Asia is sliding. I can't imagine a private investor doing this - BWDIK.

Ramsey, I think that BOJ has been selling dollar almost in a constant flow since the middle of last year, and I think that Rubin is probably happy they do.
