When Nixon said he had a "secret plan" to end the Vietnam War and then ran on winning the war four years later was he called a liar? No. He did have a plan and it forced NVN to sign the Paris Peace Accords. All Democrats lie. Most Republicans lie. McConnell and Trumpov are the two biggest Republican liars today.
