This might be worth thinking about:
The post about how Cliffs Drilling got its name got me thinking... the Noble Drilling site
noblecorp.com
has a section on "History" it is a must read, Hollywood don't make 'em like this:
"...when oil was struck on the family farm, Noble persuaded his mother to co-sign a note for $20,000 to purchase a drilling rig and start the business..."

... and the next you know ol' Jed's a Mill-i-on-air?
Wrong!
Took a little while, read the story.... buy the stock, it's under priced.

Excuse me for not feeling the pain of those that are crying over today's prices, but i was told before i bought my first stock that i should look out 5 years.... i got about four more to go on NE, uh, let's see: did good last year... today's the 8th so that don't matter much.... got some long-term contracts at high dayrates... go a few semisubs coming on line.... price is below replacement value: Mom, could i borrow $20,000? It is a sure thing.
