Still not clear on real estate development and if company (or Partners) have history in doing such deals. That's the only long term money maker I can see. Maybe revenues/income statement will become clearer after another year of operations (especially in food & lodging).

The EB-5 is a wildcard and could be the kicker to help get their other divisions profitable. I do like that management fee they get for that.
