Elmer; That is true. they "enjoy" far lower profits and the stock price is showing it, how do the faithfull Intellians like that, and it will go lower still. I can see their desire to stamp them out utterly as fast as possible before the DOJ wakes up, esp since the pentium II new slot is flagging and needs price cuts to promote it. Another microchannel debacle?, I think not as bad, but not the full proprietary success Intel had hoped for, a bifurcated market will ensue with two parallel tracks, the Intel one and all the others on another, should be a race.
