Patrick, I suspect Compaq hasn't forgotten about it...My quess is that NSM stopped production at .35u and decided to put all resources into .25u and told Compaq that it could have 220s now for $114 or 300s later for $80...but if they took the 220s now it would be a while longer to get the 300s...So at the last minute COMPAQ switched to the K6-200 and Compaq will release the blockbuster 250 or 300 Mhz box in about a month. This box will then replace the K6-200. Of course this is a wild guess... Jim
