The panels themselves are said to all be the same, although we do not know whether there are different minimum standards for defects to meet the various models. The difference is in the electronics(the processor mainly), the form factor(flat, curved, picture on glass, wallpaper), and the sound bar(E, G, & W). The E model is picture on glass(a very cool touch imo) and has the attached sound bar at the bottom. I wasn't sure I wanted to pay a lot more for the E but the Labor Day sale that brought the 65" E down to $2599 made that decision easy.
