Heath care as a percentage of GDP up from 8% to 18% since pre LBJ Great Society days. Lots more sick and fat people don't eat right living the processed food American dream nor do they exercise or move around enough during the day coupled with aging society, living longer but kept alive via expensive drugs and expensive surgery's. There is no magic pill to save the day here. Back in the day if you survived childhood diseases, didn't smoke, didn't drink much most likely you lived a very long healthy life rarely if ever needing a doctor till old age. Is a total disaster today no developed nation is close to the USA. We are number one..
