Do I understand the news about the lawsuit correctly?? The guy that bought all those shares for a buck when it was trading for 2 bucks is suing the company for not getting his money's worth ?? What do the guys that bought the initial spco at 4 bucks and saw their shares cut in three say about getting their money's worth? Spco used to have 20 million in the bank what happened to all of that money ? Any watchdogs or regulators on this thread please take note something fishy is going on here.
