He is that analyst that shorted the tech stocks during 1996 and early 1997. In other words his timing was off and he paid a big price for it.

I think Intel will do well in 1998 especially the second half with the release of NT.

Fleck is an analyst from Oregon who has been short for some time

If you go back on this thread a ways you will see some of his views presented. Get his name spelled right and a search on Alta Vista should pull up his web site.
