Will keep an eye on you :-) Not really interested in biotech per-se, and now that I have learned that doing FA on biotech is not that easy, as beginner I'm even less interested. ;-) I need to start with easy & small bites

I was just curious since that company could fit Greenblatt's spin off criteria.

Micah Lance, fwiw I looked at two of your biotech write-ups on seekingalpha. I wasn't able to understand the value proposition or a reason for me to speculate in these companies, so I'll avoid. Stock may work out very well though for those of you who are astute enough to suss out the value of these companies (and margin of safety) if it is there.
