Why don't you call and see if you can get more detailed information. They said (while flipping through listing of holdings, I assume), "It's not in the top ten. In fact, it may not even be in here at all."

Take it how you want. I take it to mean that whomever is responsible for buying the shares of companies in the EMERALD Y2K mutual fund at the very least sees no upside potential for ZITL and hence, no potential for Matridigm. Also waiting to hear if ZITL will be pulled from the Y2K DeJag. Index. I will post if I get this word.

I remain,

SOROS

ps what is your best guess at why ZITL would not be in the fund? When TEDennis days he can't come up with a good reason they WOULD have it in the fund, what do you think of this statement? How about, Matridigm has the best technology, and they are going to make billions of dollars, and ZITL is going to get 33 . . 32 . .31 . .30 . . 29 . . (you guess at %), and all shareholders will be Kings, etc., etc., etc. Don't all stock picks have to have a good reason for putting them in a fund, or do professional money managers simply say "Garsh, there ain't no good ones this year. Let's just put these in the ole fund. Don't really know why. Was going to buy Microsoft 10 years ago, but just couldn't come up with a good reason to buy it." Please TeDennis, really stretching it, aren't we? If I was long on this stock, I would hope that EMERALD could come up with at least 19.95 reasons to put ZITL in its Y2K Fund, wouldn't you? And I love that they may be waiting for a good lower price to buy in. Would that be 2 bits or less?

pps Also, that its value may have dropped it out of their top ten holdings -- I got the impression that I was being read to right off the list and ZITL would not be that hard to spot, do you think?

ppps Have to get money in the Caymans. Nevada programmers are stupid. Contracts are on the desk. Lawyers are holding up the billions. A fleet of mobile factories is ONE. Government only does SECRET contracts. AnswerThink is the premier one stop Y2K shopping mall. Doesn't have any Y2K revenue that would "show up". 5+ million shares shorted -- including a very respected mutual fund that generally does not short stocks. Picked by several national magazines and Internet services as one of the "best shorts of the year". Titow quits quickly, giving up sharing the billion dollar pie. Picked by .ave .tewart who also picked Interactive Medical Technologies (bankrupt), SQST (easy money at $4.00 -- guess again penny lovers), Bullet Sports (bankrupt), AQS (a sure quick trip from reco at $1.25 to $3.00 -- NOT), CYBG at $15 (will be $25 by Feb, 1997 -- NOT), VIAS (a lucky break, but called sell way before split), GMT.V (might sell at $18, but probably will wait for $50 -- pathetic is his middle name), etc. etc. etc. KIND OF REMINDS YOU OF THE WOMAN WHO FINALLY HAD A 125 POUND TUMOR REMOVED -- SHE COULDN'T QUITE TAKE A HINT EITHER.

ppps sorry for this post, but ignorance is bliss really grates on my nerves

pppps All the above posting is strictly fairie tales and opinion only. there are no facts anywhere -- at least to an ostrich. please make your own decisions and may you all be wealthy
