Mark, I assume that FAMH has SOME cash from their cashflow profits, SOME from the 504s that were done last September, and they could also have cash AVAILABLE from a line of credit. This is MY GUESS!! Cash is not that difficult to get if you have a good program. That's part of why I feel somewhat comfortable with this acquisition... I don't think FAMH could ever pull it off unless they had some good things going for them. If they close this deal, I think it will be impressive to quite a few people. Best wishes, Brad
