Just a thought but it may have some merit. Ask George if the
VLT's have a sign on them which designates them as State Lottery machines and more importantantly that the sign states that 40%(or whatever the percentage is) of proceeds go towards funding the State
Health Care System. This would go a long way toward enticing the player to use our machines for the greater good in lieu of the private
machines.
