That gets it closer.

TCGI ttm revs are ~$430M, with a market cap of about ~$10B. If the take out value (depending on price of T) is the estimated $11.8B, this is a multiple of about 27 x ttm revs.

WCII has ttm revs of ~$70M with a market cap of ~$825M. Applying a 27 multiple to revs gets a WCII market cap of ~$1.9. As you say, this would effectively double(+) the current WCII stock price.

But what about this talk of valuation by a multiple of "gross plant". Anyone have a number for WCII's gross plant?
