Well said. << That may be true, but it isn't my impulse to go out there and defend him. If he did it - I don't expect anyone here or another venue to make excuses for him. That is the difference for me - either you have some principles and you follow them, or you don't. I'm just wondering about "traditional conservatives" who I knew and now they look around and say, I'm okay with this chicken hawk, Russian-sympathizer, serial adulterer, fake Christian, juvenile petty potentate that holds the WH is _OUR_ guy. How the hell did they cross that Rubicon and get to where they are today and not see him as the carnival barker he is?
