It is true that they sold but also it is a fact that they already owned a major position in the stock. I think they were going by the old adage...."Don't have your eggs all in one basket". How well I know about this. Working for a company that "once" had a share price of over $100 and to avoid a take-over CEO recapitalized the company with $3Billion in debt and then couldn't pay the interest. We were finally taken over and I got .75cents a share for the 5000 shares I owned and had to allow them to cancell the options that I had.I will be working now until I'm 150 but I can always say that once I had a basket........(:>)
