I imagine might keep a few higher income prospective buyers looking at higher priced properties to remain renters.

OT market has slowed dramatically in part due to the hurricanes but also builder activity dropped mid summer anticipating the slowdown, Thinking will really pick up after the holidays unless some unforseen event from left field occurs
