It's a plant made out of ice, silly.
That'd be useful for making mixed drinks when the refrigeration is out.

There is a bunch of it on google...many species.

Many golf courses in SoCal have it growing in the rough...it doesn't take very long to learn that it is impossible to hit a ball out of it.

That completes my knowledge of ice plant.
