I think we are barking up the wrong tree looking for what is happening to THQI resulting in the correction in price. It seems to me that this is sector-wide. The question in my mind is why is the sector under pressure and when will this sector-wide pressure abate? Perhaps some feel that the next set of quarterly earnings have already been reflected in the prices of the companies in the sector and that the appreciation potential is thus minimal. This type of sentiment can change very quickly. But we may have to wait until earnings reports come out or people start to sense these earnings are going to be better than was anticipated. Some on this board believe that THQI will beat analysts' estimates. Will this be the case for other companies in the sector? If so, we are in good shape. If not, then THQI may be bucking the sector trend which may be a bit more difficult but certainly doable.
