My investment experience indicates that 75% of companies that go through a reverse stock split decline an additional 20% during the first month of the split.

John: My reaction? Initially, as always, is optimistic, but that is why I am so deep in LASX. I have a lot of patience with this company, because I really don't want to be tempted to sell the stock for at least 5 years. I do believe in the company's products, and all their recent moves have made sense. The question of: "is this a good investment?" remains for the future to reveal. Let me study the filing and get back to you on a more detailed response later.

I concur.

I view these moves as positives for shareholder value and am pleased at the steps that management are taking.
