Honey-Bee, I've been a Libre Office user for several years. I've never had a problem with it. I only need the word processor and the spread sheet sections so can't speak to the other features. If your use is as limited as mine, you just can't go wrong with Libre. I let it save my docs and spread sheets in the ".ods" extension, for the most part. This is the "open document" format and is compatible with everything I've experienced. It will read nearly any file extension you feed it, as far as I've found. Takes very little getting used to.
