Try restoring the window, then close FireFox, then restart FireFox.

It happens to me sometimes. I always let it restore and everything is then OK.

I get this all the time, as many as three times a day. Firefox locks up. I have to shut it down and reopen it and then it works until the next time. Everything is up to date.
