We've already seen this David - it's phony. David, I've read some of your posts on the Solv-ex thread and I have to wonder...are you for real? I honestly can't believe someone is so out of touch with reality as to keep supporting a proven fraud like Solv-ex. Are your postings some sort of put-on or performance art? Maybe you're mad because Manuel Asensio blew the whistle? If so, here's some news: it wouldn't have mattered one way or the other - Solv-ex would still be bankrupt, and you'd still be a loser. Why not move on? If you're really that masochistic, why not put your money into Avant? I could always use another uptick! Regards, Bill P.S. Now those of you who claim every piece of information coming out of AVNT is a lie because someone may have done something fraudulent, I'd appreciate hearing your reaction to indisputable fact from FL records. Don't attack me, I'm just trying to show the hypocrisy of many of the comments on this thread about how terrible Fidelity and other investors are for investing in AVNT or how wrong it is for companies to actual buy products from a company that has been alleged to have done something wrong. Sheesh! You're all just innocent independent investors aren't you? You're just shorting AVNT and throwing the book at the Company because its the American thing to do, aren't you? Your game is getting old gang. Hopefully your praise and adoration for Asensio/Asencio will be tempered by his very own history of abusing an investor (in fact it was his very own customer!). Imagine what he might do to a company he had no relationship with or heaven forbid even short their stock!!!??? He might... nah, he would never lie or bend the truth, not Manny, not even for millions of dollars. Only scum like CEO's that YOU'RE betting against would ever do that! Uh huh.... Cheers!

I think this is great entertainment, but pretty worthless when it comes to relevance or significance. Maybe you can dig up good dirt on District Attorneys, Judges, Plantiffs and Law Enforcement. They are the genuine source of data for short interest, not Mr. Asencio. Were they all part of a conspiracy? A rush to judgement? Did they tamper with the evidence? Have they performed secret sex acts with Marv Albert? Just because Furhman used the "N" word doesn't mean OJ wasn't guilty. Just because Asencio MIGHT have made some mistakes a decade ago... Copytele? You are putting us on, David.

Another disgruntled shareholder of SOLV posts this old news on this thread!! What's your point, that a rat is in the best position to know what another rat is up to? All the jugements in the world against Asensio wouldn't have kept SOLV afloat. neither will they keep Avant! afloat. ZONA was sued over their "patent" today. It sure looks like Manny knows how to spot them to me. Blame not Asensio for the sins of Rendall, Hsu, and Podolski. Do give him credit for spotting them. Barb
