The phase came from page 29 of the new annual report. The court stayed all proceedings until Nov 30/97. The parties agreed to extend the stay until Jan 5/98. I assume the court's reason for the stay is to give the parties an opportunity to resolve their differences.

Has their been a recent press release on this matter?
