I had the same, I was told to delete the contents of the incoming folder and it worked fine.

I earlier had much the same problem (with V1). The word from tech support is:

To view your market report once again, follow the instructions below:

For Windows 3.11
Go to File manager, Double click the Qplusdat directory, Double click the
incoming directory. Delete the contents of INCOMING.

For Windows 95
Go to Explorer, Open the Qplusdat directory, double click the incoming
directory. Delete the contents of INCOMING.

If you download from the 800#:
Go to the Quotes Plus group, Check the last Date in Display Charts. Exit
Display Charts, Go to Quotes Plus Manual Dial BBS. Choose Configuration,
then Set Start Date. Change the date to correspond with the last date in
your Charts. Click OK. Then choose Auto from the menu bar and double
click on Auto-Update. You must do all of this from Manual Dial BBS, or the
start date with not change. This will re-download the days you are
missing. If this does not work call Tech Support at 1-248-627-7172.

If you download from the internet:
Re-download the file from Jan 5 as you would normally.


Hope this helps. I've had no problem since, and all reports arrive as before.
