*AV* --ADPT -- Apparently they missed their 3rd QTR numbers by a mile and in after hours trading they halted it at 27 and change. This is down 8 from the official close. RAIN jr. it seems. A source (Heh Heh) tell me it has to do with the Pacific Rim which they are really tied into for both 1997 and 1998 revenues. The sell a great deal into that arena and when you couple this with the mayhem in the DD sector (remember ADPT makes controller boards), they just had a honest to goodness, bad quarter.

BTW-My Puts are going to be gangbusters tomorrow and I am going to buy back the calls I sold, hopefully at the opening.
